At Ferris Wheel Press, we want you to be completely enamored with your fashion pieces. If your purchase doesn't inspire you, we accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to begin the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Ferris Wheel Press branding and include all original tags and documentation.

  Ship with Care

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Await Your Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
